Is there a way to record CoolSpeaking texts in an audio format (for example, text to wav)?
A: CoolSpeaking 2.0 can convert your text into WAV file. Please update to new version.

Do I have to pay for the upgrades?
A: No! All upgrades are free to registered CoolSpeaking users.

What happens after I send in the order?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 24 hours, you will receive a second e-mail with your registration name, code, and instructions to get start!
